Connector Parts

Electronic connector is also called circuit connector, which is to connect two conductors in one loop to make the electricity or signal flow from one conductor into another conductor. The connector stamping parts that we produce involve USB female pocket and male plug, spring contacts and terminals, etc. We have rich production experience, we are able to customize a variety of metal stamping parts for connectors as per customer’s demand and drawing.

USB metal housing commonly use 0.3mm thick stainless steel as the raw material. Their surface is required to be smooth without any burr and good at looking, and there can’t be any defects like scratch, crack and so on. The stamping processes include blanking, piercing, bending and riveting.

Contact connector is one kind of connectors, which mainly applies on electric contact structure of intelligent device. Spring contact has to be small on resistance, so it’s mainly made of bronze or beryllium copper; Spring contact must has high extensional elasticity, and it is usually a simple direct cantilever type spring plate. Contact connector has the characteristics of electric conduction and can interfere the overflowing effect of electromagnetic wave; and it must have tin solderability so it can be soldered on the mainboard. We supply the connector parts to customer by applying strip packaging so that the customer can quickly input them on the mainboard by using the SMT method and save the labor cost.
