Principle
Working principle: colloid mill is driven by a motor through a toothed belt drive switch (or called the rotor) and the fixed mating teeth (or stator) as opposed to high-speed rotation, one of the high-speed rotation, the other stationary, the material to be processed through own weight or an external pressure (generated by the pump) pressurized downward spiral impact force generated by the strong shear forces set gap, rotation between the teeth (adjustable gap) is through, friction, high-frequency vibration physical effects, high-speed vortex, so that the material is effectively emulsifying, dispersing, homogenizing and grinding, to achieve ultra-fine grinding materials and emulsifying effect.
Advantage
